Terms of Service

Nordflows Agency, operated by Nikita Kundryutskov in Trondheim, Norway, provides digital services including design, Webflow and Shopify development, automation setup, and marketing.
All projects are custom. Work begins after an agreed deposit is received.
Deposits are non-refundable once work starts.
After full payment, clients own their project deliverables, and Nordflows may feature the project in its portfolio unless requested otherwise.
We are not responsible for indirect losses from website use or downtime after delivery, unless a maintenance plan is agreed upon.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Each project begins with a non-refundable deposit that secures your place in our schedule.
If cancelled before work starts, a partial refund may be possible.
Once design or development begins, refunds are not available, though we’re always open to rescheduling or fair solutions.

Project Scope & Revisions Policy

The project scope is defined before work begins.
Each project includes a set number of revision rounds (usually 1–3).
Revisions include visual and content tweaks but do not include new features, extra pages, or full redesigns after approval. Feedback should be provided promptly to keep the timeline on track.
After delivery, small adjustments are possible; major changes may require a new quote.
